Horse and buggy. Calesa in the Philipines language is still used it certain part of the Philippines. I have seen them in Intramuros in Manila and also in the old Carbon market in Cebu. Many tourist can go for a slow sight seeing tour around certain areas but some areas where the streets are very narrow, they still serve as taxis for locals.
