Weesam Express is a fast craft boat that travels from the island of Cebu. I believe it mostly runs persons going back and forth from Cebu to Bohol and Camigan islands. It has outside open air seating as well as down inside aircon seating where you can watch a movie for you short 1 hour ride to your favorite tourist destination.
