| Island in the sky is a mountain resort located in Cebu. It is along the highway between Car Car to the East and Toledo city to the West. It is a little difficult getting there unless you drive your self just because of the remoteness. V-hires passenger vans ( L300's) that pass by will normally be full. Buses would be your best bet but sometimes you may have to wait 30 minutes for the next bus. | ||

| Here are a few pictures from the resort. It does get cold during the night and not many persons would spend the night but some do. It cost around 500 pesos for a small cottage ($10) There is also a little restaurant there where you can find some basic foods and drinks. It is a fun place to visit during the daytime and have lunch. Many days you will be surrounded by fog. But from the mountain top you can see the ocean far away in the distance. | |||
